Tiny Dancer

On Friday, Averi had another dance competition. It was nice because it was at Bonneville High which means it was REALLY close to home. We were able to arrive ready to perform, leave for dinner and be back for awards.

Averi did REALLY well!!! She placed 1st attendant and won the drill down in her age division. We were so proud and happy for her. Here she is with her trophy, medal. crown and money-which is burning a huge hole in her little pocket!!!!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter.... I love Easter and all that it entails, its an added bonus that CANDY is involved! Here are a few pics of our Easter Sunday. We had a wonderful day together as a family and we cant wait for WARMER days to come!

Happy Birthday Averi

I can't believe my baby girl is 4 years old!

I get choked up when I think about how QUICKLY she is growing up... I wish I could push a pause button and keep her at this age FOREVER!!

What a fun Birthday, on Saturday, we went for pizza and bowling with friends and family. On Sunday, we had cake, ice cream and presents. On Monday (her actual Birthday), we went to Daddy's game and then surprised her with a trip to Build A Bear. She was so excited!!! She loved picking out the bear. However, picking the clothes and shoes was the best! She kept changing her mind, over and over. We then went to dinner and she loved that they brought her a sundae and a HUGE fish hat to wear! She said "Mom, you have to put this on our blog". When we got home, we had one last surprise for her. She was so excited to find a Princess bike waiting for her. She just kept smiling and saying "this is so beautiful, am I going to fall ? "

Our second dance comp.

WOW- What a difference from last week! Averi did GREAT! She placed 1st! She was so happy to receive her trophy and LOVED having her Daddy watch her dance! This was the only chance that we had of Garrett catching a performance (thanks to the NASTY weather his baseball game was canceled). I love watching her have fun, smile and enjoy performing! It makes me giggle when she SHAKES her little hips! What a cutie:)
